Refund Policy
1. Digital products – KenoStats App, Online Courses & Any Downloads
Because digital products are delivered immediately and can be copied, all sales of digital products are final.
Once payment is completed and the download link, access information, or app details have been sent, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are accepted.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
“I didn’t win” or gambling outcomes
“I thought it would do something else” after delivery
If you cannot access your digital purchase due to a technical issue (e.g., wrong email, corrupted file, link not working), contact us within 7 days. We will help restore access or resend the material, but this does not include refunds once access has been provided.
2. Physical product – KenoPays Software on Thumb Drive
KenoPays on a physical thumb drive is treated as a physical product:
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, only if:
The thumb drive is defective or damaged on arrival, or
We sent the wrong item.
To request a refund, you must:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery,
Provide a description and photo of the issue, and
Return the thumb drive in its original condition (unless clearly defective).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we may approve a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Normal wear and tear
Change of mind
Claimed losses from gambling or betting activity while using the software.
3. Gambling and Results Disclaimer
Our software, services, and app provide tools, statistics, and ideas, not guaranteed winnings.
We do not guarantee any specific results, profits, or wins.
Refunds will not be granted based on gambling results, losses, or perceived “bad luck.”
4. Chargebacks and Abuse
Because our products are informational and digital in nature:
Any attempt to charge back after access to the product has been delivered may be treated as fraud/abuse, and we may provide proof of delivery and usage to the payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse future sales to customers who abuse refunds, chargebacks, or our support.
